Using the Personal To Shape Your Perspective

Presented By: Mr. Justin Crowe

University of Tennessee Extension

Networking and lunch: 11:30am

Program:  12:00pm - 1:00pm

As learning and development professionals, we sometimes find ourselves working on similar types of projects day in/day out. At times, we might even forget that everyone we assist has a story. Finding opportunities to inspire others, while being inspired, is an opportunity and our responsibility.

Each person we choose to help is an individual. How can we change our story to refocus on the opportunity we have to help others grow and achieve?

Join Justin Crowe for this impactful and enlightening session as he reflects on personal, career, and life experiences that have guided him in trying to make a difference everyday, while providing a little wisdom to help us remember to put others first.

SPEAKER BIO:

Justin Crowe serves as an Extension Specialist in the 4-H department at UT, giving statewide leadership to teen programs, citizenship, and service learning initiatives. This man LOVES to laugh and tell stories to inspire others to want to serve! His motto, “others first, self-second” is something he tries to live every day!

Networking and lunch will be available starting at 11:30am, and the program begins promptly at 12:00pm. Let us know of any dietary restrictions upon check-in at the registration desk.
