SPEAKER BIO: 

Alicia K. Lambert is the owner of LeadershipING, a boutique consulting firm offering organizational and leadership development, executive coaching, and HR consulting to help organizations accelerate growth and drive enhanced business outcomes through high-performing, engaged leaders. She has over 15 years’ experience as a human resource leader and leadership consultant in the healthcare, manufacturing, and technology industries with a variety of organizations including Colgate-Palmolive, Bosch, and Humana. 

Alicia is a certified coach through the International Coach Federation and Senior Human Resource Professional with the Society of Human Resource Management. She currently coaches with the Haslam College of Business Executive MBA programs and facilitates non-credit leadership development programs at UT. Alicia is an author in What’s Next in Human Resources anthology and will be featured in the upcoming anthology, You@Work.

Alicia is a graduate of the University of Tennessee and resides in Knoxville. She enjoys spending time with her family and 17 year old Jack Russell, Pepper.

    

Networking and lunch will be available starting at 11:30am, and the program begins promptly at 12:00pm. Let us know of any dietary restrictions upon check-in at the registration desk.
