Employee Surveys to Assess and Promote Engagement

Presented By: Dr. Stacy Myers

President, E-Assessments, Inc.

Networking and lunch: 11:30am

Program: 12:00pm - 1:00pm

Accumulating real data prior to making organizational changes that impact culture is essential.  This session explores a basic model for planning, administering, processing and working surveys as a way to target employee engagement opportunities.  The result is not only better data, but a more engaged workforce in working issues that impact the employee. This results in greater "buy-in" for proposed changes and ownership of results.
