What Makes Great Video

Presented By: Elisa Trentham

President, Sherwood Media

Networking and lunch: 11:30am

Program: 12:00pm - 1:00pm

Video is everywhere thanks to social media, smartphones, and the internet. But not all videos are equal. And not all videos succeed.

So how can you create video for your business that connects with your audience to accomplish your goals?

This session will help you understand what goes into making great video - from concept to production to completion. With a clear vision for what your video should be, and a nudge in the right direction, I believe that you can create great video content at any budget.

SPEAKER BIO:

"Video is essential for every business, no matter how large or small. I believe the process of making videos should fuel your creativity and give you more clarity on your goals.” - Elisa Trentham

Elisa was born and raised in Knoxville, then went to Asbury University where she earned her BA in Film Production with minors in Public Relations and Spanish.

Fresh out of college, Elisa was hired as the Media Production Coordinator for the U.S. State Department’s Empowering Women and Girls through Sports program. She spent 3 years in that position where she created and managed all media content (photography, video production, website creation). She worked with top corporate executives in the sports industry across the country including ESPN, NHL, PGA, WNBA, and numerous others.

In 2015, she launched her own video production company, Sherwood Media, to fill the gap between DIYers and large scale production houses. Since its launch, Sherwood Media has produced videos for local businesses, non-profits, and creative entrepreneurs.

Networking and lunch will be available starting at 11:30am, and the program begins promptly at 12:00pm. Let us know of any dietary restrictions upon check-in at the registration desk.

Cancellation requests/refunds will be honored within 48 hours notice if paid in advance. Payment will be due for no-shows.
