The future of work will require talent development professionals to leverage interpersonal skills, along with their professional expertise, to work as a true business partner to help achieve organizational goals. Based on the newly released

2020 ATD Capability Model attendees will experience an interactive session to assist with implementation of the Three Domains of Practice; Building Personal Capability, Developing Professional Capability, Impacting Organizational Capability.

2020 ATD Capability Model is future-oriented, flexible, and customizable. The shift from competency to capability model signals action and impact.
