As we move further out of the Information Age and into the Innovation Age, creativity will become even more of a primary driver of organizational success. Talent development professionals must understand, then, best practices for ensuring that employees are thinking creatively and translating that thinking into a mode of operating. This session will provide both concepts and practical advice for talent development professionals who aim to enhance creativity among employees. Emphasis will be placed on both developing collaboration skills and ensuring systematic creative processes.

Learning Objectives:

1. The attendees will be able to explain benefits and drawbacks of developing employee talent toward the goal of enhancing organizational creativity.

2.The attendees will be able to articulate a conceptual approach for talent development that enhances organizational creativity.

3.The attendees will be able to list multiple strategies for developing creative talent within organizations
