Interactive networking session developed by ATD.org will provide attendees with hands on tips and tools for immediate implementation. Leaders will gain insight on how to utilize Influence Techniques to help shape effective decision making processes, encourage diverse viewpoints, navigate conflicts, and enhance engagement and collaboration.
