Why Training Fails to Change Manager Behavior...

And How to Make it Stick

   Cecilia Gorman

   Title: President/ Founder

Organization: Cecilia Gorman; Manager Boot Camp

Most leadership training doesn't fail in the classroom. It fails in the

workplace five minutes after the session ends.  Managers walk out with

high spirits and good intentions, only to get slammed by a wall of unread emails and old habits. Without a bridge between "learning" and "doing," that gap eventually becomes your company culture. If your team knows what to do but can't find the space to do it, the training wasn't just ineffective...it was a waste of time.

In this session, we’re skipping the fluff and getting into the gears of behavioral change.

Learning Objectives:

Tools not Talk: Turn concepts into simple, repeatable tools that show up in real conversations.

- Make It Stickier: Build in accountability that lives in their day-to-day, not just in the training moment.
